Who are we looking for?
You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is for beginners!
 Must be willing to come to your gym 3 days a week, for 6 weeks. Each class is 1 hour.

 Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at CrossFit Kada is infectious. When the energy is positive, there's nothing better, but negative energy spreads too.

 Our Male and Female trainers are experienced, motivating, empowering, and full of positive energy.

 This challenge is for all fitness levels we will not only get you into shape but empower you, physically and mentally.

 Must be committed to making a difference and change in your lifestyle.
 Must be willing to take before and after photos to document our programs success.
 Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here till the end to reap the benefits of all their hard work. 
 Must want to truly change your life and remain positive even when things get difficult.
 Must have the discipline to follow our nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested, and it works, but only if you follow it.

 Must leave your ego and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work is encouraged and respected.

This challenge was created for people who do not have a healthy routine and want to make a difference in their life but accept that they can't do it on their own.

We are trying to find the right men and women that are willing to work hard, complete our 6 week program and be an ambassador for what it means to CrossFit KADA.

Those who commit to the process of transforming their lives through exercise, healthy eating and positive lifestyle changes realize amazing results. It's not complex, it simply takes dedication.
